What I am doing NOW …<\/span><\/p>\n (scroll down to understand “WHY this NOW page ?”) <\/em><\/p>\n Establishing the\u00a0Culture Journal<\/a>, which is a newsletter focusing on \u201cCulture & Europe<\/strong>\u201d – mostly for people from the field and\/ or Cultural Creatives. It is a way to present and communicate curated information from the Cultural & Creative Industries (CCI) in Europe about #CulturalHeritage<\/strong>, cultural policies, events and more.<\/p>\n \ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffc\u00a0 \u00a0 You can subscribe here\u00a0 \ud83d\udc48\ud83c\udffc<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Purposely spending much time with my parents, who are both around 90<\/a>. Time is so precious and I am\u00a0grateful for these moments.<\/p>\n Reviving and intensifying my professional networking<\/a> after many years in sleep mode.<\/p>\n Preparing other publishing projects, while waiting for the publication date of \u201cNachhaltigkeit im Blut<\/strong> \u2026\u201d (sustainability inside \u2026) in the anthology \u201cKultur:Wandel<\/a>\u201d (culture:transformation).<\/p>\n Replanning again for a thorough revision of\u00a0this web site<\/strong>\u00a0with the goal to finally get it set up and designed as I want to. For much too long, this site has been a compromise between \u201cold business ideas\u201d and \u201ca new self\u201d as author & \u201cKultur-Mensch\u201d.<\/p>\n Struggling, but not giving up with daily exercise, based on the \u201c5 Tibetans<\/strong>\u201d – a simple 2500 year-old ritual of 5 different exercises, which even middle-aged people like me can easily perform every day.<\/p>\n Always wondering and learning, how to keep the creative focus in\u00a0this incredible limited time on earth<\/strong>, full of distractions, family fun, parenting responsibilities, friend-duty, old shadows, self-improvement or bureaucratic necessities.<\/p>\n ~~~~~<\/p>\n This is a NOW page<\/a> – inspired by Derek Sivers<\/a> and a\u00a0personal contemplation about some thoughts of\u00a0Eckhart Tolle<\/a>…<\/em><\/p>\n ~~~~~<\/p>\n Always interesting, how persistent inner doubts can be. Before finally setting up this page, I asked myself many times: \u201cwhy am I doing this?\u201d, \u201cwhy should I present publicly \/ \u201cout there\u201d \/ \u201cto the world\u201d what I am working on<\/strong>, what I am thinking about?\u201d<\/p>\n Some of the reasons have been summarised by the idea\u00b4s originator\u00a0(why you should have a now page)<\/a>, yet my personal reasons are simple:<\/p>\n * to connect with like-minded people (who may stumble upon this page) There is a multitude of details behind each bullet point, but I think, you get the picture. It is about honesty and straightforwardness<\/strong>.
